“Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula (SCRAMP) has been contracting with Jim Miller and Miller Event Management since our 2005 season. SCRAMP operates WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. We have a small paid staff and rely on up to 2000 volunteers to make the events function. Our initial contract with MEM was for security services. As a result of major traffic and parking problems experienced, Jim Miller worked with us to create a new traffic and parking plan that included off-site parking and shuttle service.
